Culture audit

We work with staff across the entire company or department to ascertain what the current culture actually is. We conduct a series of interviews and feedback sessions to dig in to the daily operations and find out what motivates, demotivates and what staff would truly like to see in their working day. Company Vision

We discuss with the senior team what they want for their company and how they wish it to be perceived. We include the culture and values that they would like the staff to aspire to.

A project team is formed with senior staff members and representatives from all tiers in the company. A series of meetings enables all parties to arrive at a solution for how the company can develop in to these desired practices and how the whole project can be unrolled to the entire work force.

Management training and individual mentoring

Both standard and bespoke packages are available to help teams or individuals maximise their potential. Subjects covered include emotional literacy, managing conflict and conflict resolution, active listening, personality types, efficient time and project management and values based leadership.
