All participants must complete the registration process to enrol in our Leadership courses.
Registration is considered complete upon successful payment of the course fee.
Course Fee and Payment
The course fee is stated on the web-page, will be communicated to you via email, and is payable at the time of registration.
Payments can be made securely through the PayPal link provided, or by direct bank transfer. Details for direct bank transfer will be provided. We assume no responsibility for funds incorrectly sent to the wrong destination.
Upon receipt of payment we will be in contact to arrange
Course Duration and Schedule
The total duration of the Leadership course will be stated on the webpage and communicated to you via email. These are normally expected to be delivered in a series of one-hour sessions.
Schedule is flexible and will be arranged with you to find mutually suitable times.
The sessions are live and you will need access to a computer or device capable of joining a live session using audio and preferably video.
Session Postponement or Cancellation
Life is unpredictable and we understand that unexpected situations can occur.
If either you or we need to postpone a session before it has started we ask and aim to give as much notice as is reasonably possible. Such occurrences will be treated as postponements and rescheduled.
If a session needs to be cut short by either you or us, we will arrange to reschedule whatever content was missed at a time that is mutually convenient.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide courses and training of high value, but we understand that our material or approach might not work for you.
If you are disappointed or unhappy with our course, we will give you a full refund if you request it within 14 days of course completion.
In such an event, we do ask that you tell us what went wrong so we can make improvements.
Requests made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Participant Conduct
We encourage an informal approach to our sessions and participants are expected to engage in respectful conduct throughout.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, abusive or disrespectful may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Session Recording
You are not permitted to record the live sessions without our express permission in writing (email). Live online sessions may include multiple course participants and in such cases it is not expected that permission to record would be granted and all participants would need to give their permission before it would be considered.
In any case if permission is granted to record a live session, you agree not to distribute your recordings and to only retain them for personal use.
Making a recording without our express permission in writing (email) may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property
All course content, including materials, presentations, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Applied Shapes Limited.
Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use course materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
Privacy and Data Security
Participant information and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is set out below.
Live sessions will also be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the technology provider, information of which will be supplied to you in advance of the session.
Your course is likely to involve sessions with other participants. When you enter a live session you will usually need to include a user name which will be displayed to other participants. It is your choice if you wish to use your real name.
We accept no responsibility for actions or consequences if you choose to share your personal information, including name and contact details, with other participants. We would encourage you to exercise the same due caution as you would in any professional networking event.
